I mostly post information for improvement practitioners, but this time I am asking for help with an idea. I wish to provide a webinar for Lean Six Sigma practitioners, but cannot select a reasonable topic. I believe that I do not have an adequate Voice of the Customer input. Since you, as a reader, are a customer of information, what might you suggest?
I thought about:
A Poke-Yoke development discussion, since it is not trivial and most folks have not experienced it;
A SMED (set up time reduction) applied to a transactional process example.
Any ideas?
