The Hawks' View: Beyond Lean Six Sigma and the Balanced Scorecard
Our two-day implementation workshop builds on the one-day executive overview (The Eagles' View), with the second day focusing on understanding and establishing effective metrics. Offered as an on-site workout, organizations learn how to effectively initiate the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) approach on an enterprise level in all aspects (includes articles, exercises, and case studies). Facilitate improvements to your current business improvement system by refining the Voice of the Customer, organizational natural strengths, and business risks.

The workshop is designed for Six Sigma teams interested in developing a company-specific plan for implementing Six Sigma. Executive sponsors, Champions, Black Belts, Green Belts, finance sponsors and any other actual project team members come together to gain an understanding of the principles of Six Sigma and the benefits it offers: emphasizes on defining, managing, and reporting your organization's enterprise processes, metrics, and people.

This workshop is designed to provide attendees with a solid understanding of the basic principles of a Six Sigma business strategy and, determine the critical steps in developing a successful infrastructure within your organization. Participants will develop a company-specific implementation plan to serve as a roadmap for actual Six Sigma deployment and will participate in following facilitated exercises and discussions pertaining too:

  • select and scope successful projects;
  • creation of a team charter;
  • apply the S4/IEE project execution roadmaps for a process within your organization;
  • determine Six Sigma business objectives and estimate potential benefits;
  • determine the cultural drivers and restraints for Six Sigma change;
  • define a strategy to integrate Six Sigma with other business process improvement initiatives;
  • understand the wise application of the statistical tools to achieve bottom-line success.
