Whereas in Smarter Solution’s books the information is presented in whole, in a very comprehensive guide to applying Lean Six Sigma as detailed by Forrest’s Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE). So in closing, my relationship with Smarter Solution’s as one of their Master Black Belts (class of 2008) has been a very good one. I have never regretted my decision to participate in their program.

system where the metrics of the organization pull for the creation
of projects. Most industry Six Sigma and Lean programs or systems
only push projects into systems.
This two-week Lean Six
Sigma Master Black Belt training and certification session offers
the roadmap for candidates and team members within their companies
to perform the correct activities at a precise moment in time to improve
their companies' bottom-line and customer satisfaction. With a focus
on leadership and change management initiatives via the Integrated
Enterprise Excellence system, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt training
candidates receive practical application of statistical and non-statistical
concepts found through case studies, hands-on exercises, homework
assignments, and assigned projects followed.
Who Should Attend:
This training and certification is designed for Certified Six Sigma
and Lean Black Belts who have completed at least 3 successful Black
Belt projects as project leader and demonstrated teaching experience
in any Six Sigma body of knowledge subjects. Since this is not the
typical industry Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt training and certification,
a strong statistical, and analytical background is essential.
