"Thank you so much for the IEE teaching, it is one of the best classes in my life and I’ve had many as you know. This R&D Improvement IEE project has brought positive changes to (our company) beyond our wildest imaginations. As a result, we have made so many positive changes, dramatically increased (the quantity of) new mfg. product in development, and dramatically increased (the number of) new products being released, a full pipeline and so on. We also (justified and) implemented permanent increases in R&D head counts to ensure the new process is stable and under control."Ma Sha
