This Edition of eSmarter News A Moment With Forrest I want to pose a question to each of you: with so many smart people out there why is there so much in the media about good companies having accounting irregularities? In my mind all the unethical MBAs did not simply migrate to these companies. I believe the reason is that organizations sometimes set arbitrary operational goals and strategies throughout the company that leads to unhealthy behavior. There is a way to help organizations move toward the 3 Rs - everyone doing the right things and doing them right at the right time. Integrated Enterprise Excellence is the methodology to enable companies to do just that. If some of these companies don’t move more toward the 3R’s, they simply may not survive.
