UPCOMING WEBINAR:

Binary Logistic Regression Using Minitab

In this webinar we will introduce the concept of binary logistic regression using Minitab. This tool can be used to analyze process data that has only a pass/fail output. I had a mentor once that...

Written by Rick Haynes

I reviewed an excellent project from a student in Tulsa. They took a difficult topic and followed the improvement roadmap in a path that worked quite well in this case, but might not have been optimal for other problems. Truly good work.

I was reviewing the control plan and stopped on the reaction plan to problems. For those that know me recognize that that is a point of discussion I use in most certification discussions. After an email and response they were certified, it went quick because they did understand the issue and I did not see it in my submission. But I thought, what am I looking for in a control plan?
