		<description>This is a good article, however, the trend of having &quot;consultant&quot; black belts trying to increase their value isn&#039;t only true in today&#039;s economy.

I remember only 10 years ago seeing the same thing with ISO 9000 gurus.

Much of which we learn about Six Sigma today has been around for almost 80 years.
