“Velocity – A Business Novel”: comments and enhancements

I have found the AGI-Goldratt institute’s book Velocity: Combining Lean, Six Sigma and the Theory of Constraints to Achieve Breakthrough Performance – A Business Novel to be very good. I highly suggest reading the book.  The penny exercise described in the book will open many people’s eyes.  However, Velocity alone has some shortcomings.
