The Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG) are to provide Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC). Many items are included in their Red Book for their maturity model. The 9-step Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system frame provides a detailed roadmap for creating business governance that can address all the points that OCEG has put into the GRC manual.

The business governance Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system provides the framework for constructive policy creation/deployment with a no-nonsense integration of scorecards, strategic analysis, business improvement and control. IEE provides the framework that can integrate Edwards Deming’s philosophy.
