A business management system for change is needed to address the current economic crisis issues. This change management system framework needs to lead to the 3 Rs of business; i.e., everyone doing the Right things, and doing them Right, at the Right time.
Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) provides such a framework where analytics is blended with innovation. IEE provides a system for:
- A system for predictive business measurements that gets organizations out of the firefighting mode
- Strategies that are created through the blending of analytics with innovation
- Business metric system where there is a pull for the creation of improvement projects, which benefit the whole enterprise
The American Management Association will be publishing an article about the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system in their December 2008 issue. In this article is described a 9-step process for IEE execution, with a case study.
For information, which provides more details see:

[...] Good points. For survival, organizations will need to change to meet new business demands. But what should they change to? For long-term health, organizations need to implement now a no-nonsense 21st century business governance system that blends scorecards, strategic planning, business improvement, and control along with the creation of policies that benefit the enterprise as a whole. This system needs to help them navigate their corporate ship through these challenging waters. Previous management systems of goal setting and strategy building could be described as management by hope. What is needed is a substantive business system that addresses the complexities of today’s business environment. A 9-step approach for providing the above integration and addressing these needs is in the “Economic Crisis and Change Management†link below.
