“… (Integrated Enterprise Excellence or IEE is) the most complete and effective operational management system available.” Keith Moe, Group Vice-President, 3M (retired). IEE provides an enhanced, unified approach to balanced scorecards, strategic planning, and business improvement.
The IEE business governance system can initially appear overwhelming. Because of this, I have outline several options for conveying IEE concepts and its benefits. One or all may be of interest, but I thought I would share multiple options since everyone is a little different.
1. View a video on IEE implementation and its benefits.
2. View a recorded webinar on Frustrations in Enterprise Improvements; i.e., IEE measurement, analysis, and improvement governance system.
3. Download one or more of the 50+ IEE resource center articles or read/participate in over 200 IEE blogs .
4. Look into the IEE 4 book-volume series, which describe at various levels of details the roadmaps for implementation.

The American Management Association is to be publishing an article about the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system in a December 2008 publication. Described will be the 9-step process for IEE execution, with a case study.
