When a continuous improvement department is asked for by an organization, often what is really needed is a business system that leads to the three Rs of business; i.e., everyone doing the Right things and doing them Right at the Right time.

Organizations can benefit from this going beyond Lean Six Sigma techniques and the balanced scorecard.
