LINKEDIN QUESTION: Would appreciate it if linkedin group members could recommend a good and comprehensive reference book for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioners.
RESPONSE: It is great to see that several suggested my book “Implementing Six Sigma”, 2nd edition. What I might also suggest is that you also consider two of my newer books. The first book (1200 plus pages) listed below follows a very detailed DMAIC roadmap that shows among other things the creation of predictive measures. The second book provides a very detailed project execution roadmap that references Volume III for more details and Minitab syntax for execution.
Integrated Enterprise Excellence Volume III – Improvement Project Execution: A Management and Black Belt Guide for Going Beyond Lean Six Sigma and the Balanced Scorecard, Bridgeway Books, 2008
Lean Six Sigma Project Execution Guide: The Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) Process Improvement Project Roadmap, Forrest W. Breyfogle III, Citius Publishing, 2010.
